Invented bpc's cant have either ME or PE above zero. Typical ME and PE for a t2 invented bpc without decryptors is -4. I do not think the amount of research on the t1 bpo has any effect on what the base output of t2 bpc's are( i could be wrong but...

After a couple days I log back into game to check on my blueprints ect. I see I need to make more bpc's expecting to have a slot open or two, to make my copies only see that all slots are gone and just about all of them have disappeared! I come on...
